How to know which Dymo Printer Labels I should use?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

In the market, there are generally three types of Dymo printer compatible labels available.<\/p>\n

a) Dymo Printer Standard White Labels:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Dymo printer standard white label material is made of a smooth bright white paper which is coated with all-temperature adhesive. It is highly suitable for large scale printing of warehouse, shipping and barcode labels.<\/p>\n

b) Dymo Printer Removable Labels:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The material of removable Dymo printer labels <\/strong><\/a>is also a smooth bright white paper but the difference is that it is backed with a general purpose removable adhesive. These removable labels hold well and can be removed or repositioned without leaving any residue. So, if you require labels for office and home applications, Dymo printer removable labels would be an ideal choice.<\/p>\n

c) Dymo Printer Weatherproof Labels:<\/strong><\/p>\n

These types of labels are made with synthetic white matte facesheet which is top coated for direct thermal printing. The adhesive is also aggressive and can withstand freezer conditions too. These weatherproof labels work well in applications where frequent handling and contact with moisture are common.<\/p>\n

How to load and print Dymo Printer Labels?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Here is a step by step guide to help you load and print Dymo printer compatible labels without any trouble.<\/p>\n

1. Get the label spool from the cover and separate the spool guide from the spindle.<\/p>\n

2. Hold the spool spindle from your left hand and place the roll of Dymo printer label on the spindle so that the labels feed from the underneath and left edge of the roll holds firmly against the spool side.<\/p>\n

3. Now, slide the spool guide onto the spool\u2019s right side and tightly press the guide against the side of label roll without leaving any gap between the label roll and spool.<\/p>\n

4. Insert the label spool into the slot of Dymo printer cover so that the labels come out from the underneath roll.<\/p>\n

5. After insertion of label spool, you have to align the left edge of the label with the left edge of the label feed slot. Then, insert the label into the slot. The printer will automatically feed the labels and stop at beginning of the first label.<\/p>\n

6. In case, the printer is not automatically feeding labels, make sure that the first label is fully inserted and then press the form-feed button.<\/p>\n

7. In case the first label is not a full label, press form feed button to reject the partial label.<\/p>\n

8. Slide the label guide to the left until the label guide aligns with label\u2019s right edge. Also, ensure that the label guide is not pinching the label. (For Duo, 450, 450 Turbo, and Twin Turbo only)<\/p>\n

9. Now, lower the top cover carefully and start your Dymo software printing program.<\/p>\n

10. Select the type of label and dimensions from the left toolbar.<\/p>\n

11. Drag and drop the elements and the text you want to add in the label.<\/p>\n

12. Input the text and print.<\/p>\n

By following the above stepwise loading and printing process, you can easily print the Dymo printer labels.<\/p>\n
